From a family-run studio in Etobicoke to a coast-to-coast brand, Leather Craft has stayed true to artisan techniques, sustainable materials, and Canadian hospitality.
Milestones
Three decades of Canadian craftsmanship
- 1992 — Leather Craft opens in Etobicoke with three artisans and a vision for heirloom-quality sofas.
- 2001 — Launch of our first nationwide dealer network, serving retailers across Ontario, Quebec, and British Columbia.
- 2010 — Introduction of the Muskoka Living collection, inspired by cottage-country retreats and Canadian hardwoods.
- 2016 — Atelier expansion doubles our workforce and introduces a dedicated sustainability lab.
- 2023 — Transition to 100% renewable energy and carbon-neutral delivery for every order.

- Sourcing FSC® maple and birch from Ontario mills within a 300 km radius.
- Partnering with Leather Working Group Gold-rated tanneries in Quebec and Europe.
