Six-stage atelier journey

From concept sketch to white-glove delivery

  1. Design consultation & digital rendering within 48 hours.
  2. Pattern drafting, leather selection, and climate testing.
  3. Frame assembly with mortise-and-tenon joinery and steel corner blocks.
  4. Cutting & sewing by master upholsterers using hand-guided machines.
  5. Hand-finishing with beeswax, cedar oil, and protective top coats.
  6. Quality assurance, photo documentation, and carbon-neutral delivery across Canada.
